Anty's Accessories

Around Platea 1866 there are various shops and little market stalls. One caught our eye the other day - "Anty's Accessories"

We couldn't work out whether it was meant to be AnDy's Accessories (The Greek alphabet uses the NT combination to approximate the English 'D' sound), or whether it was meant to be AUnty's Accessories.

Either way, the weird spelling didn't bring them any luck, as the shop is boarded up and closed.

As, to our horror, was the kebab shop a little bit further along the parade which used to hold the Guinness World Record for making the world's biggest kebab.

And we never even got a chance to buy a little kebab from there.
