There's always an England flag at a match

I have a theory that you'll always find a cross of St. George flag at any football match anywhere in Europe, usually with some obscure third or fourth tier English club name emblazoned on it. Well, except at Arsenal where they have banned all national symbols from being displayed.

Our trip to the Red Bull Salzburg game seemed to be no exception - since the travelling fans from Graz unveiled an England flag at the far end of the ground from us. However, on zooming into it, I see it says "No surrender - Munich". So, maybe not an England flag then...
