The Slipper and the Rose in Anif

Schlossanifagain Thanks to some generous donations, Claire now owns just about every free DVD ever given away with the Daily Mail. Well, you've got to watch something. Although Austrian TV offers The Simpsons, Malcolm In The Middle, Charmed, various flavours of CSI and the literally god-awful 7th Heaven, it is all dubbed into German with no subtitles. So during the day, the Daily Mail DVDs it is.

Imagine Claire's surprise today when she started watching "The Slipper and the Rose", to find that the very opening shot is a view across our local fairy-tale Schloss Anif, standing in for a castle in Euphrania.
