We've got our lemon tree!

Yesterday we splashed out and bought our very own lemon tree. The original plan was to wait until our wedding anniversary in October, but, hey, what the hell.

Everything I've read about them seems to suggest that they are reasonably easy to keep either indoors or in pots, but getting them to actually bear fruit is a whole other question. The guy in the nursery ensured us that it was old enough that we would get lemons next year - but then he has never seen what I can do to a house plant.

This morning we optimistically re-potted it in a much larger pot, and put it in the corner of our balcony. Expect regular updates!
