"Difficult Times"

Difficulttimes When I went into Clinton Cards and saw a sign for cards about "Difficult Times" I thought it was some hideous modern euphemism for the cards you send to people when their loved ones have died.

It turned out I was wrong, and in fact there is a thriving business for all sorts of cards for "Difficult Times" like divorce, or losing a limb, or having been over-optimistic about England's chances in the World Cup.

They didn't have one for being stuck on the opposite side of Europe to your wife though.

Aww.... I don't do cards very much, but if there was an e-card for 'difficult times', I'd send one to you now...
